We all like to snack, right. You know the feeling when you just feel like something but are not sure what.

On the DietDitch program we encourage you to avoid the long list. Why is this so?
Well because we have a sneaky suspicion that this list can actually make you fat.
So – I went to have a look in mom’s pantry to see what sort of lists I could find – this wasn’t so easy because eating the DietDitch way she really doesn’t have much of anything that has a long list. I was impressed. Read more »

So what is the goss on salt?
Is salt really as bad for you as we are lead to believe?
In the western world we live in a salty soup. Salted foods are everywhere and people are becoming increasingly aware of not using table salt for fears of high blood pressure and heart disease.
The truth is our body needs a certain amount of salt to survive. The problem is we usually feed ourselves the incorrect type of salt and in doing so are we doing damage to our health? Read more »
